Materials and sourcing

The caskets are manufactured using high-performance corrugated board made from a blend of recycled content and responsibly sourced fibres.

The board contains approximately 63% recycled fibre, while any virgin fibre is sourced from FSC-certified supply chains that support responsible forest management.

Free from MDF, plastic, and metal components, the construction has been intentionally simplified while maintaining the strength and reliability required for a funeral.

The board is fully recyclable and compostable, combining recycled content with responsibly sourced fibre to support a more sustainable approach.

Their clean composition supports burial, green burial, and cremation, while reducing the amount of residual material compared with more complex coffin constructions.

While the original design was developed in New Zealand, every casket supplied in the UK is manufactured and assembled here.

Local production helps reduce unnecessary transportation while supporting quality control and consistent manufacturing standards.
